Welcome to the Yoga Shala Ashtanga Yoga Studio in Victoria, BC.
The Shala is a friendly environment with classes for beginners to advanced practitioners. You can have fun, get fit, and enjoy the sense of health and well-being that yoga will bring to your life. Classes are led by inspired teachers, who are themselves dedicated practitioners.
You can view our class schedule online. Please note there are no Mysore classes on Moon Days.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Give, receive and connect at this special
Valentine's Day Yoga Workshop Benefit for Haiti.
An afternoon of heart opening fun will be led by Shala teachers, Melanie and Ananda, and featuring live smooth beats by DJ Gano.
SUNDAY FEBRUARY 14 2-4pm.
Workshop will include:
- an energizing vinyasa flow warm-up practice,
- poses done in pairs to give energetic support and facilitate deep stretching and relaxation (although no need to come with a partner),
- playful assisted inversions and acro/circus style yoga asanas suitable for all levels.
Come on your own, with friends, or a partner. Cookies and tea will be served after class.
$10.00/person minimum suggested donation. All funds received will be donated to the Red Cross to help support efforts in Haiti.
