Moon Days
Early morning Primary Series and Mysore are cancelled on all Full Moon and New Moon Days.
Please respect the tradition of Ashtanga by not practicing (take rest) on these dates. Read an interview Conference with Guruji (1991) by Guy Donahaye (there is some explanation of why not to practice on Moon days www.ashtanga.com)

ALL MYSORE BEGINNERS
We recommend attending three ashtanga basics classes before attending Mysore classes. When you first start Mysore please come Monday-Thursday morning at 7:00am or evening at 5:15 for the first couple weeks, then your start times can be more flexible once you are a few weeks into Mysore style Yoga. Mysore = Ashtanga yoga, self-paced, practice w/teachers guidance & adjusts.
  • Beg = Beginners.
  • All = All Levels, minimum 8 beginner classes prior.
  • Level 2 = Regular practice, approx. 3 times week to 1 year.
